Procurement of postpaid SMS and WhatsApp message broadcasting services under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Scope includes transactional SMS services with masking code and WhatsApp message broadcasting with masked name. Estimated costs are PKR 15,440,000 for SMS services and PKR 3,000,000 for WhatsApp messaging services. Bid security amounts are PKR 308,800 and PKR 60,000 respectively representing 2 percent of estimated cost. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and other relevant regulatory authorities. Scanned copies of bid security and bid proposal must be uploaded on EPADS and hard copies submitted before deadline.
