Procurement of Office Stationery - Dental Material - Laboratory Chemicals and Apparatus Equipment - Furniture and Fixtures - Furniture Repair - Miscellaneous Contingency Items - Bedding and Clothing - Building Repair and Petty Maintenance Works - Garden Maintenance - Machinery and Equipment Repair - Transportation and Logistics Services - X-Ray Films and Lead Paneling Installation for X-Ray Room - Oxygen and Medical Gas Supply - Solar Systems of 5.5 KVA and 10.5 KVA with Battery Backup - Printing and Publication Services - Chemicals for IRS and Fogging - IT Equipment Repair Services. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and KPRA authorities. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of CDR is mandatory. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days and rates shall remain valid up to 2027-06-30. Successful bidders shall execute an agreement with the procuring agency and complete supplies on F.O.R basis within the stipulated period.
