Auction Unserviceable Material Tender Notice
Description
Open auction of unserviceable material on an as-is where-is basis. Participants may collect auction instructions from the designated office during working hours before closing time. In case of a holiday on the auction date, the auction shall be conducted on the next working day. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Earnest money of Rs. 15,000 is required and bid validity is 10 days. Bid opening is scheduled at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This procurement covers disposal of unserviceable material, surplus assets, scrap material auction, government asset disposal, inventory clearance and public auction activities.
