Academic Building Renovation Restoration Tender Notice
Description
Carry out civil works comprising renovation, refurbishment, amendments and restoration of the China Block through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procurement procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted in accordance with tender requirements. Bid security of Rs. 1,600,000 is required and bid validity is 90 days. Bids will be opened after the submission deadline. Pro Tip: The project includes building renovation, refurbishment works, restoration activities, structural improvements, facility upgrades, construction services and institutional infrastructure enhancement.
