Procurement Equipment Podcast Video Studio Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of equipment for establishment of a podcast and video production studio. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Method under PPR-2014 using the EPADS portal. Interested bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and submit bids electronically. Manual, conditional, telegraphic and postal tenders shall not be entertained. Estimated procurement cost is PKR 1.93 million excluding tax. Bid security of PKR 50,000 is required in the form of bank guarantee, CDR or bank draft issued by any scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bid security must be uploaded on the portal up to half an hour before bid opening and the original instrument must be submitted before tender closing time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.
