Description
Framework contract for daily supply of medicines, surgical items, implants and related healthcare products funded through Zakat and Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal funds for financial year 2026-2027. Bids are invited from firms holding valid drug sale licences, registered with the Punjab Health Department under Punjab Drug Rules 2007, possessing Form 9 and having good market reputation. Bidding shall be conducted through EPADS and bidders must be registered as suppliers on the EPADS platform. Tender documents shall be uploaded through EPADS. Technical and financial bids must be uploaded separately and only the financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened. Bid security in the form of bank guarantee amounting to PKR 100,000 in favour of the Medical Superintendent and Chairman Committee is mandatory and must be submitted before the prescribed deadline. Procurement shall be governed by the latest amended PPRA Rules.
