Hiring Student Transport Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of transport services for provision of pick and drop facilities to students for academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Financially sound, experienced and income tax registered firms and companies are invited to participate. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately online through EPADS. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Vehicles of model year 2015 or later are eligible and documentary evidence is required. One student per seat ratio shall be observed. Earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the total estimated contract cost in the form of CDR is required and the original CDR must be submitted before bid closing time. Technical bids will be opened first and only technically qualified firms obtaining at least 70 percent marks will proceed to financial evaluation. Successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5 percent of contract amount. Transport services are required on multiple routes covering Rahim Yar Khan and surrounding areas using Mazda, Hiace and 26-seater vehicles.
