Procurement of winter and summer student uniforms for approximately 55 students, including boys uniform comprising white shirt with departmental monogram, Malatia gray pants, black belt, black shoes, black socks, white vest or bunyan, navy blue tie with golden stripes, navy blue jersey, and girls uniform comprising navy blue qameez or shirt with departmental monogram, shalwar, white dupatta, black shoes, black socks, white slip or shameez, maroon shawl and jersey. Bidding is under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure through e-PADS, with separate technical and financial proposals. The tentative estimated procurement cost is Rs.1,000,000 and bid security is 3% amounting to Rs.30,000 through CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank. Samples are mandatory on bid opening, individual student measurements are to be taken by the successful bidder, supplies must be delivered in tagged packets, and substandard items are subject to replacement and laboratory testing. A 10% performance bank guarantee is required before issuance of supply order.
