Canteen Services For Danish School Mailsi Tender Notice
Description
Provision and operation of two separate canteens for Boys and Girls campuses of Danish School (Boys & Girls), Mailsi, District Vehari, serving approximately 1,500 students, teachers and staff. Bids/offers are invited from reputable, experienced and tax-paying canteen operators for supply of food items, beverages and stationery. Bid documents must be submitted by 10:00 AM on August 27, 2026, with the bidding process for both Boys and Girls schools commencing at 10:30 AM on the same day. If the first bidding process is unsuccessful, a second bidding process will be held on August 28, 2026 at 10:30 AM, and if unsuccessful again, a third bidding process will be held on August 29, 2026 at 10:30 AM. The bidding process will start from a monthly reserve price of Rs. 26,567 for each school. The successful bidder will enter into a contract for FY 2026-27, extendable annually by mutual consent and subject to satisfactory performance, with a 10% annual increase. Bidding documents containing the terms and conditions may be obtained from the office of Danish Schools (Boys & Girls), Mailsi.
