School Canteen Operation Contract Tender Notice
Description
Offers are invited from income tax registered, financially sound and experienced individuals or parties for the operation of the school canteen serving approximately 2,000 students in the first and second shifts for the year 2026-2027. Tender documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be obtained during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. Registration and submission of the prescribed application shall be completed before the closing time. A refundable bid security of PKR 25,000 in the form of CDR in the name of the Principal is mandatory. The auction will be conducted in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders or their authorized representatives at 10:30 AM after submission closes at 10:00 AM. The successful bidder shall deposit the full contract amount and pay all applicable government taxes before commencing canteen operations.
