Renovation Construction And Civil Works Contractor Hiring Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of contractor for renovation of administration block, construction of officers accommodation, supply of equipment and miscellaneous civil works Phase II at Quaid e Azam Solar Power site in Bahawalpur. Procurement shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms, companies and joint ventures having relevant registrations and experience in similar projects may participate through EPADS. Applications for multiple civil works projects must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Estimated project cost is PKR 97.9 million excluding applicable taxes. Bid security of PKR 3.0 million is mandatory and must be submitted at least one day before tender opening. Bid security must be issued by Bank of Punjab in accordance with applicable government directions. Bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders. Pro Tip: This procurement includes building renovation, accommodation construction, civil engineering works, infrastructure development, construction contracting, building rehabilitation, site improvement works and supply of associated construction equipment for energy sector facilities.
