Procurement Heavy Duty Photocopier Machine Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of one heavy duty photocopier machine with an estimated cost of PKR 1,170,000. Eligible firms registered on EPADS and with Income Tax and GST departments may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Punjab Rule 38(2)(a). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Bid security equal to 5 percent of estimated cost amounting to PKR 58,500 is required in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank in favour of Treasurer University of Sargodha. Original bid security instrument must be submitted in hard copy before the closing date and time. Bids shall be opened online in the presence of bidder representatives.
