Framework Contract For Surgical Electrical And Miscellaneous Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of surgical items, electrical items and miscellaneous items for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Separate bidding shall be conducted for each lot. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost for each lot is required in the form of CDR or bank guarantee in favour of Medical Superintendent THQ Thal MNS Hospital Layyah. Bidders must submit a security bond or E-stamp worth PKR 100 affirming compliance with tender rules and confirming absence of legal proceedings against any government institution. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted separately and opened in the presence of bidder representatives.
