Student Transport Services School Routes Tender Notice
Description
Hiring transport services to provide pick and drop facilities for students for two academic years. Electronic bids are invited from financially sound experienced and Income Tax registered firms and companies. Procurement will be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure. Separate technical and financial bids are required. Vehicles must be model year 2015 or later and one student per seat ratio shall be observed. Earnest money equal to 2% of estimated contract cost in the form of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before bid closing. Firms must achieve at least 70% technical qualification score and the successful bidder shall furnish performance guarantee equal to 5% of contract amount.
