Hospital Medicines Equipment Supplies Procurement Tender Notice

Framework contracts for procurement of local purchase medicines, surgical disposable items, health insurance program medicines, medical gases, laboratory reagents, pathology laboratory items, blood bank items, laboratory devices, test kits, X-ray films, radiology accessories, stationery items, printing materials, panaflexes, IT equipment, dental items and equipment, and eye care items and equipment for the financial year 2026-27. Separate bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested eligible income tax, GST and PST filer registered firms, companies, proprietors and partnerships may obtain or download bidding documents. Sealed bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR or bank guarantee and an attested Rs.100 e-stamp affidavit confirming compliance with tender rules and absence of legal proceedings against government institutions. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives. Valid NTN, sales tax registration and other required documents must be provided.
