Off Grid Hybrid Solar Systems Installation Tender Notice
Description
Installation of off-grid hybrid solar systems of 04 KW capacity at Sessions Courts Jhang, Civil Courts Jhang, New Civil Courts Khalid Khan Block Jhang, Sub-Division Ahmad Pur Sial and Sub-Division Shorkot. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Interested firms must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax, PRA and Pakistan Engineering Council. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, bank guarantee or pay order. Successful bidder shall provide a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract value. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and remain valid for 60 days. Technical and financial proposals will be opened according to the prescribed schedule.
