Medicines Consumables Diet Oxygen Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 15% local purchase medicines and allied items, miscellaneous store items, dietary items for patients, life saving medical supplies including oxygen gas, and specific and generic consumables for financial year 2026-2027 on DDP basis excluding GST. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of SPPRA Rules. Tender fees range from Rs.5,000 to Rs.10,000 depending on the procurement category. Eligible bidders must provide NTN, GST registration, company profile, audited financial statements for the last three years, professional tax certificate, relevant certifications, minimum three years experience, turnover details, authorized dealership or manufacturer certificate, and required affidavits. Bid validity shall be 90 days. Earnest money equal to 3% of the bid amount in the form of pay order or demand draft is mandatory. Technical and financial proposals will be opened according to the prescribed schedule.
