Medicines Medical Supplies Hospital Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of local purchase medicines for hospital use, local purchase medicines for Zakat patients, tuck shop items, medical oxygen gas, operation theatre anesthesia items, dental chemicals and supplies, washing materials, contingency items, repair of machinery and equipment, bedding and clothing, stationery items, furniture repair services, printing items, X-ray films, laboratory reagents and chemicals, office building related items and vehicle holding area requirements for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under KPPRA Rules 2014 through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for medicines and vehicle holding area lots and Single Stage Single Envelope procedure for remaining lots. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable. Bid validity shall remain 90 days and rates shall remain valid until 30-06-2027. Original bid security in the prescribed CDR amounts, sealed bids, attested stamp paper and required documents must be submitted before the deadline and uploaded through KP-EPADS. The successful bidder shall execute an agreement with the procuring agency.
