Procurement Of Interior Decoration Items Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of interior decoration items including Digital Clock - Name Plates - Sign Boards - Roller Blinds - Plantation - Panaflex with Acrylic Frame. Bids are invited through e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) under a single stage one envelope procedure from eligible bidders, firms and contractors registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax with government bodies. Active NTN and GST registration or valid exemption proof is mandatory. The estimated package values are Rs. 1,750,000 and Rs. 2,000,000 with bid securities of Rs. 87,500 and Rs. 100,000 respectively. Bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS only. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft must be submitted before bid opening. Bids will be evaluated item-wise on the basis of the lowest cost. Bid opening will take place on 16-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. for the respective packages. Rates must be quoted inclusive of taxes, transportation and installation charges. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within seven days of award.
