Hiring Of Event Management Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring the services of an Event Management Firm for the inauguration ceremony of PSIC at SIE Mandi Bahauddin. Procurement shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms registered with PPRA and EPADS shall submit technical and financial bids electronically through EPADS. Bid submission closes on 10-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. and bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Bid security amounting to Rs. 245,000 equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order and the original instrument shall be submitted before bid closing. Bid validity shall remain 120 days.
