Description
Operational and maintenance services for HVAC system of inpatient block, floor cleaning and polishing machines, HVAC system of emergency operation theatre, wooden and steel furniture, split air conditioners and power generators. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Scanned copy of original bid security shall accompany the technical bid and the original bid security shall be submitted before bid submission. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 30-06-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Complete technical and financial proposals shall be submitted through EPADS by 15-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. and opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Framework contracts and annual maintenance services shall be awarded as specified.
