Hiring Of Student Transport Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of transport services to provide pick and drop facilities for students for academic years 2026-27 and 2027-28. Electronic bids are invited from financially sound and experienced firms registered with Income Tax under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through EPADS. Technical bids shall be submitted by 11-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. and opened at 11:30 A.M. on the same day. Financial bids shall be opened on 22-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated contract cost in the form of CDR shall be submitted before bid closing. Vehicles shall be model year 2015 or later and successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract amount.
