Medicines Dental Materials Disposable Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines, disposable items and dental materials for the financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from manufacturers, sole agents and dealers registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bids shall be submitted through EPADS by 14-07-2026 at 11:00 A.M. and technical offers will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt in favour of the Principal before the closing date and time. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medicines, pharmaceuticals, dental materials, dental consumables, disposable medical items, clinical supplies and healthcare procurement for dental services.
