Concrete Lining Of Kawani Minor Canal Tender Notice
Description
Construction work for concrete lining of Kawani Minor from RD 0+000 to RD 28+390 tail. Bidding shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Eligible contractors and firms registered with Punjab EPADS, Pakistan Engineering Council and other relevant authorities in the appropriate category may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab EPADS portal. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be provided in the form of a Demand Draft, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee issued by The Bank of Punjab, with the original instrument submitted to the Zonal Procurement Committee before the submission deadline. E-bids will be opened in the presence of the committee and authorized bidder representatives. Performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within fifteen days. No negotiations shall be allowed. Fake documents or banking instruments shall result in disqualification and blacklisting. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rule 35. In case of a public holiday, bid submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same time and venue.
