Concrete Lining Works For Irrigation Minor Canals Tender Notice
Description
Construction works comprising concrete lining of Walla Minor RD 0+000 to 18+358 (Tail), Mehri Minor RD 0+000 to 9+850 (Tail), and Barana Minor RD 0+000 to 4+013 (Tail). Bids are invited on an item rate basis through the Punjab PPRA EPADS e-tendering system in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 as amended. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the relevant category and valid for the financial year 2025-26 and registered on EPADS may participate. Bidders shall submit item-wise financial rates electronically and upload earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank. The original CDR or Bank Guarantee shall be submitted before the bid closing time. Incomplete, conditional or blank BOQ submissions shall be treated as non-responsive. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the bid amount within 15 days, execute the contract within 15 days of the acceptance letter, submit a work schedule within 7 days, arrange quality testing of construction materials, and payment shall be made on the basis of verified work subject to availability of funds. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules.
