Vehicle Repair Tyres Engine Oil Supply Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed and government registered firms for repair of vehicles and supply of tyres and engine oil under regular and development budget for the financial year 2026-2027. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form using the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under GB PPRA Rules 2022 Clause 39(a). Tender documents containing detailed items and terms and conditions are available from the Stores Section on payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000. An earnest money of Rs. 100,000 is required. Bids shall be opened on the scheduled date and if it is declared a public holiday they shall be opened on the next working day. An auto workshop in Gilgit Bazaar is mandatory for vehicle repair and supply services. Bid validity shall remain up to 30 June 2027 and supply orders are subject to budget availability.
