Medicines Surgical Dialysis Consumables Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the purchase of medicines, surgical items, disposable items and medicines, surgical and disposable items for dialysis for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and be income tax, GST and PST filers, registered partnerships, proprietors, firms or companies. Estimated costs are Rs.4.4 million and Rs.5.0 million respectively with bid security of 5% of the estimated cost. Bids must be submitted through EPADS along with identical physical documents and original bid security before the closing time. Technical and financial bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Successful bidders shall provide a 5% performance guarantee from Bank of Punjab only.
