Stationery Conservancy Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of stationery and conservancy items under a closed framework agreement for a period of one year at fixed non-escalable rates. Procurement will be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique under the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors registered on EPADS may participate. Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security in the form of Pay Order and submitted electronically through EPADS while the original bid security must be submitted before bid opening. Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Defaulting firms or those having outstanding contractual obligations are not eligible. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office stationery, paper products, writing materials, files, office supplies, cleaning materials, janitorial products, housekeeping consumables and conservancy supplies for routine office operations.
