Golf Country Club Lease Hospitality Management Tender Notice
Description
Lease of a golf and country club for a period of 21 years extendable by a further 14 years. Sealed bids are invited from renowned local and international firms, companies and joint ventures having proven experience in golf club and hospitality management. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000. A pre-bid conference will be held on 14 July 2026 at 11:00 Hrs PST. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 10 million enclosed with the technical proposal. Technical proposals will be opened at 3:00 PM on the submission date.
