Printing Of Technical Report Book Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of non-consultancy services for printing of a technical report book for the financial year 2026-27. Bids are invited from eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage One Envelope Open Competitive Bidding using the Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Pay Order or Bid Securing Declaration as specified in the bidding documents. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 only, and manual submissions shall not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
