Nasrana Disty Side Protection Rehabilitation Package A Tender Notice
Description
Construction of side protection and rehabilitation works of Nasrana Disty from RD 0+000 to RD 49+411 (Package A) under the 1st Bi-Annual Market Rate System (01-01-2026 to 30-06-2026) on an item rate basis. The estimated cost is PKR 764,964,026 with bid security of PKR 38,248,201 equal to 5% of the estimated cost. Eligible engineering firms and contractors holding valid Pakistan Engineering Council CE-04 registration, Punjab PPRA registration and Punjab Revenue Authority registration may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope Open Competitive Bidding using the E-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:30 PM on the closing date, while the original Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee and attested PEC licence shall be submitted physically before the Tender Opening Committee. Manual bids shall not be accepted. The lowest bidder shall furnish a Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount and execute the agreement within 15 days of acceptance. Successful bidder shall mobilize within 7 days, provide an execution schedule, conduct required material quality testing and complete the work by May 2028.
