Annual Medicines Disposables Model Pharmacy Supply Tender Notice
Description
Annual procurement of medicines and disposable medical items for the PIC Model Pharmacy. Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed firms. Tender documents may be obtained from the Purchase Section upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000. Bids shall be submitted in sealed form and opened publicly in the presence of participants. Earnest money of Rs. 500,000 is refundable to unsuccessful bidders. Separate financial bids item-wise in separate envelopes are mandatory. Photocopies of CDRs with the amount concealed may accompany technical bids while original CDRs shall accompany financial bids. Minimum discount benchmarks are 10% for national pharmaceutical firms, 6% for multinational pharmaceutical firms and 15% for disposable items. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance.
