Upgradation, repair, maintenance, testing and support of lifts installed in the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority Headquarters Building. Electronic bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized distributors and suppliers registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS 2.0. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and manual bids shall not be accepted. Original bid security of Rs.55,000 in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft shall be submitted before the bid closing time. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day. Pro Tip: This procurement covers passenger lifts, elevator modernization, lift maintenance, elevator repair, vertical transportation systems, lift components, elevator servicing and building maintenance solutions.
