Food Stationery Supplies Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of vegetables, fruits, chicken, meat, fish, pulses, spices, bakery products, other food items, consumables and stationery items for the financial year 2026-2027. Separate electronic bids are invited for each lot from firms, companies, sole proprietors and suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted under the PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS. Punjab Food Authority certification is mandatory for food-related items. Contracts shall be awarded separately for each lot for one year under a framework contract. Bids shall be submitted lot-wise and for complete lots only. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day.
