Hiring Of Human Resource Services Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of human resource services for Township Campus and Raiwind Campus under two separate lots. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and contractors registered with the relevant registration authorities and Income Tax, Sales Tax and PRA for service provision. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through EPADS and a hard copy shall also be submitted before the closing time. Bid security of 1% of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Separate bids shall be submitted for each lot where applicable. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives.
