Human Resource Outsourcing Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of human resource outsourcing services under framework contract for operations at existing and future bazaars and mobile market facilities across Punjab. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms and companies must be registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. Separate technical and financial proposals are required. Bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee is mandatory. Pre-bid meeting shall be held on 22-06-2026 at 11:00 AM. Pro Tip Short Paragraph: Attend the pre-bid meeting and submit both technical and financial proposals separately through E-PADS.
