Description
Provision of Human Resource staff services for recruitment and outsourcing of staff for Government Special Education Centre, Yazman, District Bahawalpur. Eligible bidders must be registered with PPRA and relevant registration and tax authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax or PRA. Electronic bids shall be uploaded and evaluated through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. The estimated cost of services is PKR 2,300,000 and bid security is 5% of estimated cost amounting to PKR 115,000. Bid security must be deposited through 1Link or online bank transfer via the generated PSID and the paid slip attached with the tender documents; manually submitted CDR or bid security is not acceptable. The original affidavit in the prescribed format must be submitted before the tender opening meeting. Firms must provide human resource services throughout the contract period, arrange immediate suitable replacements for absent staff, quote a monthly rate per HR staff inclusive of applicable taxes and ensure the minimum salary rate fixed by the Government of Punjab for HR staff in educational institutions for an eight-hour duty shift and 26 days per month. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred by PPRA. The successful bidder must provide a refundable performance guarantee of 8% of the bid or contract price before issuance of the provision of services order.
