Road Sewerage And Building Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and improvement works including amelioration of roads in LDA Avenue-I Housing Scheme, completion of essential sewerage and road network in LDA Avenue-I Housing Scheme and improvement of toilet block and office in the LDA Office Building. Procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 through EPADS. Eligible engineering firms and contractors holding the required PEC categories with active NTN and PNTN shall submit technical and financial proposals electronically. Only technical proposals shall be opened initially, followed by opening of financial proposals of responsive bidders. Bid security of 5% of the estimated cost in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt is mandatory and the original must be submitted before the submission deadline. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
