Description
Construction of road at Chak No. 200 RB Lathianwala, Tehsil Jaranwala, District Faisalabad. Registered contractors and firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration for the financial year 2025-26 and EPADS registration are invited to participate through e-tendering under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the single stage single envelope procedure. Separate bids shall be submitted for each work. Bids shall be uploaded electronically through the prescribed e-procurement system on item rate basis using the official bidding documents. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of CDR from a scheduled bank is mandatory and must be submitted at the time of bid opening, otherwise the bidder shall be declared non-responsive. Submission of fake documents or CDR shall result in disqualification and blacklisting with recommendations to PPRA and PEC. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 before acceptance. Bid opening shall take place at 01:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
