Construction Of Soling And Culvert At Chak Tender Notice
Description
Construction of soling and a culvert at Chak No. 379/TDA, Tehsil Choubara, within the limits of District Council Layyah through the EPADS e-tendering system. The estimated cost is Rs. 4,896,000 and bid security is Rs. 244,800 equal to 5% of estimated cost. The bidding procedure is single-stage single-envelope under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended to date and is open to eligible bidders registered with PPRA and EPADS. Contractors and firms must register on the Punjab e-Procurement website and download the relevant bidding documents electronically. The bid must be submitted through EPADS by 10:00 AM on 05-10-2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives at the District Council office. The bid security must be in the form of CDR or pay order from a scheduled bank in Punjab in favour of District Council Layyah, with the scanned copy uploaded on EPADS and the original CDR submitted before the closing date and time. If the lowest bid is more than 5% below DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit the difference between the bid and estimated cost as quality assurance security within 15 days. False information or fake security documents may result in disqualification and action under the applicable rules. The successful contractor must execute the agreement on the prescribed stamp paper within seven days of the acceptance letter. The procurement concerns soling, culvert construction, civil works and local infrastructure development.
