Construction of Soling Street at Abdul Ghafoor Chak No.44/WB. Eligible contractors and firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 where applicable and fulfill the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents. Procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The estimated cost is Rs.2,000,000 and earnest money or bid security is Rs.100,000, equal to 5% of estimated cost. Bid security must be submitted as a Digital Bank Guarantee through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with the PSID generated through the portal and the scheduled bank transmitting the guarantee through SWIFT MT760. Physical CDR, Pay Order and Demand Draft are not accepted. The successful bidder must furnish 5% performance security. Financial bids must contain unit rates, item-wise amounts and correct grand total, with all DNIT or BOQ and rate analysis pages completed. Bid validity is 60 days from opening unless otherwise specified. Pro Tip: Ensure the digital guarantee and PSID are correctly processed and quote complete unit rates and item-wise amounts in the BOQ rather than percentage-based rates.
