Ai Robotic Laboratory Installation Testing Commissioning Tender Notice
Description
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of an AI Robotic Laboratory in the CAIT Building under the PSDP-funded project for immediate artistic innovation and technology integration requirements. Electronic bids are invited from reputed, qualified and experienced firms registered with SRB and FBR. The procurement shall be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004 Rule 36(b)(i-ix) and SPPRA Rule 46(2). Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions may be downloaded from EPADS and the university website from 29 June 2026 until 14 July 2026 at 02:30 PM. A non-refundable bidding document fee of PKR 3,000 is required. A refundable bid security equal to 20% of the total bid amount in the form of a Bank Draft or Pay Order in favour of The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design, and Heritage, Sukkur must be submitted to the Project Coordinator before the closing time. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 02:30 PM on 14 July 2026. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened at 03:00 PM on the same day. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the procurement process in accordance with applicable PPRA and SPPRA Rules.
