Description
Procurement of general stationery items and printing papers through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids are invited from firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers registered with the relevant tax authorities. Bids must be submitted through EPADS. A bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price is required along with the original bid security and a Rs.300 e-stamp affidavit confirming the bidder has not been blacklisted. Manual bids shall not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Bid validity shall remain 120 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes office stationery, office supplies, copier paper, A4 paper, printing paper, writing materials, filing supplies, administrative supplies and paper products.
