Supply Of Medicines Medical Appliances And Laboratory Produc Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for supply of medicines on M-20 basis, small medical appliances, laboratory chemicals, laboratory kits, nuclear medicines, blood bank chemicals, dialysis and disposable items, X-ray and CT scan films, hearing aids, intraocular lenses, anesthesia and disposable surgical items, surgical sutures and orthopedic implants. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with E-PADS, Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. A refundable bid security equal to 2% of the quoted value and a performance guarantee of 5% of the purchase order value are required. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically through E-PADS.
