Procurement Of Laboratory Kits And Chemicals Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of laboratory kits and chemicals for use in the Pathology Laboratory on existing laboratory equipment during financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, sole agents and sole authorized importers of foreign principals. Bidding documents are available free of cost through PPRA and e-PADS. Bids must be submitted by the prescribed deadline and accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of irrevocable bank guarantee or CDR in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. A pre-bid conference will be held on 11-07-2026 at 12:00 noon. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders shall be returned unopened.
