Framework Contract For Laboratory Items Supply Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of laboratory items for the year 2026-27 including hematology items, laboratory devices, miscellaneous laboratory items and laboratory testing kits. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules. Interested firms and agencies with sound financial background and active taxpayer status may participate. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS and manual submissions are not allowed. Bid security equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required in the form of CDR, pay order or demand draft from a scheduled bank and physical submission of bid security is mandatory in addition to online upload. Representatives of bidders must present bid security before opening. Bid validity shall remain effective until 30-06-2027 and may be extended for three months subject to performance.
