Medical Gases Hospital Store Items Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of medical gases, general store items, stationery store items, sanitation store items, MIR store items, electric store items, bedding, clothing and linen store items and orthopedic raw materials for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security of 2% is required for medical gases and 1% for all other tenders. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 04 July 2026 at 10:00 AM. Samples of quoted items shall be submitted on the tender opening date. Pro Tip: This procurement includes medical gases, hospital consumables, electrical supplies, sanitation supplies, stationery, bedding, clothing, linen, orthopedic materials and hospital store inventory.
