Canteen Welfare Shop Operation Tender Notice
Description
Operation of the canteen and welfare shop located at District Prison and Correctional Facility Malir Karachi. Procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and be active taxpayers. Tender documents are available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000. Bid security shall be 3.5 percent of the total annual rent offered by the bidder. Conditional bids, telegraphic bids, bids without the required bid security, late bids and bids submitted by blacklisted firms shall be rejected. In case of an unforeseen situation or government holiday, bid submission and opening shall take place on the next working day at the same venue and time.
