Operation Of College Canteen Tender Notice
Description
Operation of the college canteen for the financial year 2026-2027. Only female contractors are eligible to participate and operate the canteen because the institution is a women's college. Tender forms may be obtained from the college office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.2,500. Bids shall be accompanied by a refundable Call Deposit Receipt of Rs.70,000 in favour of the Principal. A duly executed undertaking containing the terms and conditions on a Rs.100 stamp paper must be submitted before the auction date. Bids will be opened in the presence of the applicants and, if the auction cannot be held on the scheduled date, it will be conducted on the subsequent announced dates. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
