Description
Operation of the canteen at Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Samundri for the financial year 2026-2027 under a one-year contract ending on 30 June 2027. Interested bidders must possess active FBR and Punjab Sales Tax registration and submit a verified affidavit confirming that they are not blacklisted and have no outstanding government liabilities. A refundable security deposit of Rs.500,000 in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Call Deposit shall be submitted before participation. Tender participation requires payment of a non-refundable form fee of Rs.1,000. Bidding shall commence from the reserved price of Rs.3,124,000 with incremental bids as specified.
